Unfortunately many Internet service providers have software programs that filter out emails you want to receive like the AnotherWinningTrade.com email publications (Weekend Newsletter). The main reason is that
we send these newsletters out to nearly 60,000 people that have requested the newsletters, but due to this large distribution, some ISPs "see" it as bulk or other unwanted email. Here are the steps to add us to your "address book" or "safe list" so your ISP knows you want to receive our email in the future.

- Go to Keyword "Mail Controls"
- Select the screen names we're sending your awt-mail.com messages to.
- Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name".
- For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "Exclusion and Inclusion Parameters", include support@awt-mail.com
- For AOL version 8.0: Select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains."
- Click "Next" until the "Save" button shows up at the bottom.
- Click "Save"
- For AOL version 9.0: Select "Mail Options"
- Pull down to "Address Book"
- Click "Add"
- In "Screen Name" type support@awt-mail.com
- Click "Save"

- Login to your Hotmail or MSN account
- Click on "Options"
- Click on "Safe List" (under the heading "Mail Handling")
- In the space provided enter support@awt-mail.com
- Click "Add"
- When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK.

- Open your Yahoo mailbox
- Click on "Mail Options"
- Click on "Filters"
- Click on "Add Filter"
- In the top row, labeled "From Header:" make sure "Contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
- Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter support@awt-mail.com
- At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:" select "Inbox" from the pull-down menu.
- Click the "Add Filter" button again.

To properly receive our emails in the future, add the address support@awt-mail.com or the domain awt-mail.com to your address book and safe list so your provider knows you want to receive our emails in your inbox.
